Use the HP DLT Cleaning Cartridge when the Use Cleaning Tape light comes on. DLT drives do not require periodic cleaning. Please note that cleaning tapes are only useable for 20 insertions. After this they will not clean the tape heads nor extinguish the cleaning light.
